Q: Do all orders come with a Freebie bag? 
A: Yes! All orders, regardless of how much spent, come with a freebie bag! My bags includes candy, stickers, handmade earrings and bracelets and rings, food themed erasers, lip balm, small crochet goodies, crochet scrunchies and much much more! 

Q: How long will it take for a custom order to arrive? 
A: A custom order will take slightly longer to get to you since I'll have to make it after I get the colors and designs that you have requested. All plushies and items on this site are handmade by me so they will take at least 1 week to get your order shipped out.

 

Q: Can my order be packed on Social Media?

A: Yes! The stitch marker lucky scoops will get a video (unless you tell me otherwise) but the other items do not automatically get a video. If you'd really like a video for your order being packed, please let me know at checkout and leave your handle on the social media so I can tag you. This is completely optional.

 

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

A: I currently can not ship outside of the USA due to extremely high fees and customs. My apologies for any inconvenience but I look forward to be able to offer International shipping in the near future.

 

Q: Are your plushies baby safe?

A: No they are not baby safe by default. Please indicate that you want a baby safe plush during the checkout process so I can sew the eyes on by hand rather than using the non-baby safe eyes that I usually do. It does not cost extra to request a baby safe toy.

 

Q: Are all of the patterns you use your own?

A: No, most patterns I use are not my own but I mention the original creator of each one at the bottom of the description. If a pattern is my original pattern, I will indicate that at the bottom of the description. My patterns are currently available to purchase on Ribblr 

 

Q: Can I return an item?

A: No, all sales are currently final

 

Once all orders are marked as shipped, they are TOTALLY OUT OF MY CONTROL! If your package is damaged or lost in transit, I hold no responsibility and you should take that up with the mail carrier as soon as you are able to.
